1. Communication Policy

All communication is strictly digital. We operate exclusively via email and WhatsApp (text messages only). We do not accept phone calls, video calls, or voice messages. Messages must be related to scheduled projects only.

2. Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds under any circumstances. By confirming a request, the client agrees fully to these terms.

3. Project Scheduling & Registration

To schedule a project, the client (individual or company) must complete the official request form. Our team will follow up via email or WhatsApp. Accurate data entry is required. Once the project is discussed and approved, the client must submit official company documents for registration, as required by law.

4. Payment & Delivery

All payments are made in full via PIX or bank slip. The PIX key will be sent by email or WhatsApp. Once payment is confirmed, the digital product (project) will be delivered. Each project includes up to 2 revisions.

5. Academic Projects (International Students)

For academic projects, students must submit official university documents for registration. Once the project is approved and payment confirmed, the final product and receipt will be delivered.

6. Legal Framework

Boutique Design Corporativo operates under Brazilian law as an independent professional (Pessoa Física), with all services delivered digitally and in full legal compliance.
